Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai di Kelurahan Kampung Baru Kecamatan Medan Maimoon Kota Medan

Abstract

Cash Direct Aid (Bantuan Langsung Tunai – BLT) Program is one of several alternative policies of poverty problem solution in Indonesia. Divergence in BLT program implementation is a case which often publication by mass media. It is very important to evaluation about BLT program, to knew how BLT program implementation as a fact, especially in Kampung Baru district, Medan Maimoon Regency, Medan. This research result expected ca be used as reference to make it better in future. This research is descriptive research, with 455 families as population research. They are acceptor of BLT in Kampung Baru district. By purphosive cluster and stratification random sampling approach, this research studied data of 80 families as research sample, collected by questionair and combined with interview. Reseacher studied critically of data by used descriptive and quantitative analysis. The combination of descriptive and quantitative analysis very important to knew the implementation of BLT program as a fact. The research result showed that as generally the implementation of BLT program in Kampung Baru District is good especially in program introduction. The officials of Kampung Baru District Government was the first resource information of BLT program for people, and BLT program acceptors knew about goals of the program. Almost of prerequirements implemented, except about clean water and bright sources. The serious problem in implementation of BLT progam in Kampung Baru District is about the time of delivery of aids to program target or aid acceptors. All of respondences said that the time always too late. The implementation BLT program is good in integrity of program officials, all of respondences said, they got all of money as their right in the program.
