dc.description.abstract | This research is motivated by the problem of how much influence the
leadership style on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Tirta Indah Abadi Mela
(PT.Tiam) Sibolga. The importance of leadership style applied to subordinates
according to the maturity / maturity of subordinates is an absolute requirement of
leadership effectiveness in the success of the organization. So that future leaders can
improve employees' job satisfaction and can improve employee performance more
effectively. Job satisfaction is basically about what makes a person happy in her job
or out of a job
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Leadership Style on
Employee Satisfactionat PT. Tirta Indah Abadi Mela (PT. TIAM) Sibolga.
The research was conducted at PT. Tirta Indah Abadi Mela (PT. TIAM)
Sibolga and was a quantitative study with associative approach. As for the sample
and the population in this study were all employees of PT. Tirta Indah Abadi Mela
(PT. TIAM) which amounted to 30 employees. Methods of data collection using
kuensioner and analalisis the data that is using validity, reliability, analysis of
multiple classical assumption of simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing
and test determinant.
Results from this study showed that the variables of leadership style has a
positive and significant effect on the variable employee satisfaction at PT.Tirta Indah
Abadi Mela (PT. TIAM) Sibolga with the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.899 and
significant at 0.00. So that the leadership style of 81% is very strong effect on
employee satisfaction In PT.Tirta Indah Abadi Mela (PT. TIAM) Sibolga. | en_US |
