Efektivitas Program Pelatihan Keterampilan bagi Klayen Conventional di Panti Sosial Parmadi Putra “Insyaf” Sumatera Utara

Abstract

A thesis is called “the effectiveness of a training program skills for klayen conventional in panti social parmadi son “ insyaf “ north sumatera “. This thesis consisted of six chapters with the number of 90 a page.The issue is discussed here is whether training programs skills for klayen conventional in panti social parmadi son “ insyaf “ north sumatera have been effective or not.The aim of this research is to find out the extent to which the effectiveness of a training program skills for klayen conventional in panti social parmadi son “ insyaf “ north sumatra. Type this research appertain type research descriptive because this research mengambarkan object or subject of study in the form of the data which was and aims to describe characteristic of an object or a subject in the details.Where if the population of the soul, less than 100 then samples can be taken all.With the formula ( n = n ) is a sample of the population.And researchers set the sample is as much as 40 of the soul of a whole number of the population Based on analysis of data descriptive that has been done that a training program skills for klayen conventional is by seeing an indicator of the effectiveness, namely understanding the program exactness target punctuality, achieve the goal dab real change.The result analysis of data showed that where they means business and great intention to follow the skills, training programs has an equal opportunity for each of them give any changes to their lives esp. basic needs them and can show the result of changes that good carried 1 year.Of this research can be concluded that a training program in this skill effective.
