Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program Rehabilitasi Sosial Rumah tidak Layak Huni di Kota Payakumbuh
Abstract
The house has a very large function for individuals and families not only include the physical aspects, but also mentally and socially. To support the function of the house as a good place to live then the physical requirements that must be met as a safe haven, mentally fulfilling sense of comfort and socially to maintain the privacy of every member of the family, became a medium for the implementation of the guidance and education of the family. With the fulfillment of one of the basic needs for decent housing, families are expected to achieve resilience. Powerlessness communities meet the needs of decent housing is directly proportional to the income and knowledge of the function of the house itself. Poor empowerment also includes Social Rehabilitation efforts Homes Not Livable (RSTLH).
This research was conducted in Payakumbuh. This type of research uses descriptive study with a sample of 25 households. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and study kepeustakaan, while the descriptive data analysis techniques obtained and interpreted by the technique used is the technique of analyzing a single data table.
Based on the data analysis we concluded that the evaluation of the implementation of social rehabilitation programs uninhabitable houses in town payakumbuh already well underway. Evaluation of various indicators is seen timeliness, and accuracy of workmanship, precision targeting. Social rehabilitation program uninhabitable housing is very helpful community in meeting the needs of adequate shelter so that communities are able to perform the role and social function better so expect the government and the community together to support the success of the program in the future improvement of dating
