dc.description.abstractThe coconut juice pres tool with a pneumatic system is designed to simplify the process of squeezing coconut milk. This study aims to design a coconut juice pres tool with a pneumatik sistem, this research method uses a quantitative method. The presure used is 4 bar (P1), 6 bar (P2), and 8 bar (P3). The results showed that the effective capacity of the tool at a presure of 4 bar was 153.867 kg/hour, at a presure of 6 bar (P2) was 175.45 kg/hour and at a presure of 8 bar (P3) was 201.467 kg/hour, yield at a presure of 4 bar. (P1) is 49.56%, at a presure of 6 bar (P2) it is 56.9%, and at a presure of 8 bar (P3) it is 67.06%. From the calculation of economic analysis obtained BEP (Break Even Point) of 356.46 kg/hour, NPV (Net Present Value) of 6.75% of Rp. 10,569,234,800,685/year, while for NPV (Net Present Value) 7% amounting to Rp.10,497,248,182,611/year, and the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) of 43.71%.en_US
