dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to determine whether there are differences in organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in terms of teacher demographic factors. Demographic factors in this study include gender. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling with a total sample of 109. Data analysis was carried out using t-tests analisys. The results of this study show that there are significant differences in teachers in terms of demographic factors, namely genderen_US
