(overweight) , reduce the proportion of women of childbearing age who suffer
from anemia, increase the percentage of mothers who give exclusive breastfeeding

specific interventions that become a critical point, namely to form quality human
resources that are more focused on pregnant women, infants aged 0-6 months,
and up to children aged 2 years, while sensitive interventions are targeted outside
the health sector such as providing health services. clean water and sanitation,
family planning, and public health insurance. This research is a qualitative

used in-depth interviews with a total of 10 informants consisting of 1 DPPKB, the
Head of the Health Center, 1 in Nutrition, 1 in KIA, 2 pregnant women, 2
breastfeeding mothers, 2 mothers with toddlers. . The results of the research
regarding the Implementation of the First 1000 Days of Life Program at the Aek
Kanopan Health Center, Labuhanbatu Utara Regency in 2022 showed that the
success rate of the 1000 HPK program has not been successful, this is because
there is still a lack of knowledge, especially in the knowledge of mothers obtained
when participating in the program, the provision of funds is still limited, In
addition, some villages are located far from the scope of the puskesmas. However,
the number of participants taking part in the program has increased, namely in
2020 the number of participants participating in the 1000 HPK program activities
at the posyandu, namely pregnant women (100%), infants aged 0-6 months (40%),
and toddlers (65.06 %). Then in 2021 the number of participants who took part in
the 1000 HPK program activities at the posyandu were pregnant women (100%),
infants aged 0-6 months (50%), and toddlers (67.04%). | en_US |
