Pengaruh Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan terhadap Kehidupan Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat di Desa Kampung Bilah Kecamatan Bilah Hilir Kabupaten Labuhanbatu

Abstract

This thesis is submitted in order to qualify holds a Bachelor of Social , titled "The Effect of the National Program for Community Empowerment in Rural Areas ( PNPM - MP ) The Social Life of Public Economics In Sub Blade of the village Kampung Hilir Regency Labuhanbatu " . This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the National Program for Community Empowerment in Rural Areas ( PNPM - MP ) to the Socio-Economic Life Village Community Toolbar Kampung Hilir Subdistrict Blade , Labuhanbatu . The research method used is explanatory research with simple linear regression method , where the National Programme for Community Empowerment in Rural Areas variables ( variables X ) and Socio-Economic ( variable Y ) . The sample in this study amounted to 54 people . Techniques of data collection using questionnaires , interviews and observation . Research analysis using simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 17.00 , significance test ( t test ) and the coefficient of determination . The results showed that the Rural PNPM program has a positive and significant impact on economic social communities . Where a simple linear regression equation Y = 22.141 + 0.178X , significance test results ( t test ) t count > t table so that Ha received 2,514 > 1,675 so that alternative hypothesis ( Ha ) is received and the null hypothesis ( H0 ) means that there are significant PNPM Mandiri rural significantly to the socio-economic life of the Village People village bar , and a coefficient of determination of test results 4.2 % Y variables ( socioeconomic ) society in the rural village of blades can be explained by the variable X ( PNPM Mandiri wilderness ) and 95.8 % described by other variables that are not described in this study.
