Corporate social responsibility is a community development program that aims to empower people with self. As discussed in this study is how the implementation of corporate social responsibility programs in health conducted by PT. Tirta Sibayakindo. Health programs are implemented programs and program access to clean water clean and healthy living behavior. The reason the implementation of this program due to the difficulty of access to clean water in the village of Doulu Pasar that time. So in this study will be presented how the process of planning, implementation and outcomes of corporate social responsibility programs implemented by PT. Tirta Sibayakindo. This type of research is classified as a type of descriptive research that aims to describe the implementation of corporate social responsibility programs. The sample in this study was 21 Doulu Pasar Village community. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling technique. While the technique of data analysis in this study using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The results of the data analysis concludes that in the planning and implementation of programs, program actors have done a good job as a facilitator enabling the relationship between the company and the community. Offender program involves the community to participate in the planning and implementation of the program which is about 30%, about 40% of the implementation team, and the players own program about 30%. Activities are carried out in accordance with the previously planned activities by program actors. A total of 17 respondents out of 21 respondents were satisfied with the results of a program of corporate social responsibility in health. This demonstrates corporate social responsibility programs that have been implemented have a positive impact on society
