One of the factors that influence the success of honey bee cultivation is the availability of bee feed. It is important for beekeepers to know the types of bee feed sources and have a map of the nectar and pollen sources in their area, this will help in planning their colony management. Information about flowering as a first step to know the reproductive system to determine conservation measures is needed. Pakpak Bharat Regency is one of the regencies in North Sumatra Province with an area of 1,218.30 km2. There are three honey-producing villages in Pakpak Bharat Regency, namely Ulu Merah, Aornakan I and Kuta Tinggi villages. This research was conducted to identify the type and flowering of bee food plants (Apis cerana) and to determine honey production. In this study used exploratory survey methods and interviews. Based on the results of the study, there were 17 types of plants identified from forestry plants, 13 types of plants were identified from agricultural plants and 6 types of plants were identified from other plants that produce flowers. Flowering schedule for honey bee feed plants in Pakpak Bharat Regency for Kaliandra plants flowering in February – July, for Durian plants flowering in March, April – October, November, for Coffee plants flowering in April and August. Honey production in Pakpak Bharat Regency has a different harvest and production frequency every month. For April, 11 members produced 42 bottles of honey. For the month of May, 10 members produced 55 bottles, of which the size per bottle was 600 ml.
