dc.description.abstractIntention of this research was to know influence of exploiting of fungi of ectomycorrhiza attributed to level of P to growth plant E. grandis . This research was executed at glass house , Faculty of Agriculture , University North Sumatra , since September to December 2004. By using complete randomized design ( CRD ) factorial with 2 factor that was fungi of ectomycorrhiza and fertilize of phosfor . Result of research indicate that treatment of interaction among inoculation of ectomycorrhiza fungi and fertilizer of phosfor to planting E. grandis , giving real influence to high increase of crop , increase of leaf amount and increase of diameter , where treatment of A4B2 or 3 tablet of mycorrhiza and 0.5 mg fertilize Phosfor ( P ) represent best treatment to growth E. grandis . Giving of mycorrhiza inoculation to crop E. grandis give influence to high increase , increase of leaf amount , increase of diameter and P content , where best dose was treatment of A2 or 3 tablet of mycorrhiza . Giving fertilize of P to planting E. grandis give influence to high increase and increase of leaf amount , where best dose was treatment of B4 or dose fertilize 0.5 mg . High increase value of crop was highest to be got at treatment of A4B2 ( 3 tablet of mycorrhiza and 0.5 mg fertilize P ) equal to 64.95 cm and lowered at treatment of A2B1 ( 1 tablet of mycorrhiza and without fertilize P ) that was 14,47 cm . increase of leaf amount was highest to be got at treatment of A4B2 ( 3 tablet of mycorrhiza and 0.5 mg fertilize P ) equal to 67 piece of and was lowered at treatment of A2B3 ( 1 tablet of mycorrhiza and 0.15 mg fertilize P ) that was 14 ,33 piece of . Highest treatment for the increase of diameter got by treatment of A4B2 ( 3 tablet of mycorrhiza and 0.5 mg fertilize P ) equal to 0.48 cm and was lowered for the treatment of A2B2 ( 1 tablet of mycorrhiza and 0.5 gr fertilize P ) and A3B2 ( 2 tablet of mycorrhiza and 0.5 mg fertilize P ) with value 0.24 cm . Highest coronet root ratio equal to 3.32 gr at treatment of A2B1 ( 1 tablet of mycorrhiza and without fertilize P ) and the lowered at treatment of A2B4 ( 1 tablet of mycorrhiza and 0.25 mg fertilize P ) . Heavy run dry to totalize was highest to be got by treatment of A3B2 ( 2 tablet of mycorrhiza and 0.5 mg fertilize P ) equal to 9.71 gr and lowered for the treatment of A1B4 ( without tablet of mycorrhiza and 0.25 mg fertilize P ) . For the parameter of colonization , treatment of A4B2 ( 3 tablet of mycorrhiza and 0.5 mg fertilize P ) representing highest treatment with value equal to 30.13 % and lowered at treatment of A1B1 ( without tablet of mycorrhiza and without fertilize P ) . For the parameter of P content , full marks at treatment of A4B2 ( 3 tablet of mycorrhiza and 0.5 mg fertilize P ) equal to 1.89 mg / crop plant and the lowered equal to 0.83 mg / crop plant at treatment of A1B1 ( without tablet of mycorrhiza and without fertilize P )en_US
