This study aims to determine the picture of self-acceptance in cross-dresser men. The process of how the subjects become cross-dressers, the mental development and self-understanding that goes through and what factors support the subject's own self-acceptance. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. The data collection method in this study used interviews and observations with the number of research subjects as many as 3 people. The results showed that the three subjects went through the process of identity formation as cross-dressers on the basis of attraction and comfort in the clothes of the opposite sex they wore as children. All three subjects have both reached the stage of self-acceptance, although the form of self-acceptance differs in some subjects. Subjects 1 and 2 show the same self-acceptance, i.e. being able to admit that they are a cross-dresser. In contrast to subject 3 who still cannot reveal his cross-dresser identity due to family factors and religious norms.
