Pemanfaatan Lignin dari Lindi Hitam Sebagai Bahan Baku Perekat Lignin Resorsinol Formaldehida (LRF)

Abstract

The glue of lignin is glue from plants is used to plywood glue . The purpose of this research is utilization of waste pulp ( form of black liquor ) to get of lignin and used as base substance of glue . Methode is used by two stage , there are isolation lignin and make the LRF glue . The result of research indication that lignin content is 5,012 % . For result tests of to acidity and gelatin time of glue have as according to used standar , however to solid content are not condense , viscosity and density of LRF glue which in test not yet fulfilled Standar Nasional Indonesia ( SNI ) . As a whole the quality of yielded by LRF glue not yet fulfilled SNI
