Pantas Halomoan Sitanggang , The Economic advantage of Populance Forest Management System , Case in Dusun Marubun Pane , Kecamatan Tigarunggu , Kabupaten Simalungun . Led by Oding Affandi and April Harini . Forest is having a very important role for our living in directly advantages and indirectly advantages . The advantages can be felt when it gives contribution of its existancy directly and indirectly for the population around forest . The production of populance forest in Nagori Tigarunggu Dusun Marubun Pane is started with some steps like preparition , planting , maintenance , harvesting until the last step is result analize . The economic value that get from the advantages of populance forest product is Rp 186.800.000 or about 31.29 % from the total of farmer income co ne from the section in agriculture , plantation and from others income . Because of the advantages of populance Forest is very important for the population around forest and the farmer , so that populance forest must be in protected and useful for all the time .
