dc.description.abstract	Styrax forest which was in Sibaganding Village , Pahae Julu District , Tapanuli Utara Regency is one of the natural resourches application which the main product is gum . The management of Styrax Forest consist of planting , cultivationing , ingathering , and marketing . For many years , it has been being defended because of economic incentive , social incentive , cultural incentive , and ecological incentive . But , there is economic disincentive made the people left the management of Styrax Forest .	en_US
