| dc.description.abstract | The objective experiment was to study how effective Carna-5 treatllieut of
the counter the infection of CMV. Various of pruning and application frequency
of phosphate fertilizer by broadcasting and drenching to growth recovery and
production of chili. The experiment using Andosol with pH 5.75, located with the
altitude 10 m at Menteng VII, Medan. This experiment used Split Plot Design Cama-5 as the main plot consist of
two without and with Cama-5 (Vo) and with Cama-5 (V1). The second faclor was
pruning consist of three methods without pruning (Ao), pruning of apikal shoots
(A1) and pruning of lateral shoots (A2). The third factor appfa.:aiiou fr~ueu\.iy of
phosphate fertilizer consist of broadcasting at planting time (PK), drenching at 20
days affi:er planting (P1), drenching at 20, 35 and 50 days affi:er pianting (P2),
drenching at 20, 35, 50, 65 and 80 days affi:er planting (P3). Variables sarved
were net asimilation rate, relative crop growth rate, total leaf area, dry weight,
flowering time, harvest time, length harvest time, flower number, flower abortion
number, fruit number, fruit abortion number, total fruit harvest, plant fruit weighi,
