dc.description.abstractIncreasing the number and quality of pasture needs to be done to meet the needs of livestock feed. The purpose of this study to determine the potential of biogas sludge used as organic fertilizer for pasture forage mixture so as to increase the production of forage. Planting forage research has been conducted in the District Silangit Installation Siborongborong, North Tapanuli and know the content of the forage research carried out in the Laboratory of Animal Feed Ingredients Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The method research uses split plots design with 2 factors. The first factor is slude biogas (SJ: Without the use of sludge I control, S2: Use 1 liter of sludge, S3: Use of sludge 2 liters), the second factor is a combination of the type of pasture (Po: King Grass + Brachiaria humidicola + Brachiaria descumbens, P1:King grass + Brachiaria humidicola + Arachis vintoi, P2: King grass+ Brachiaria descumbens + Arachis vintoi, P3:Brachiaria humidicola + Brachiaria descumbens + Arachis vintoi, P4:King grass + Brachiaria humidicola + Stylosanthes guaianensis, P 5:King grass + Brachiaria descumbens + Stylosanthes guaianensis, P 6:Brachiaria humidicola + Brachiaria descumbens + Stylosanthes guaianensiss). Parameters measured were nutrient content (crude fiber and crude protein), the production of fresh, dry matter production, botanical composition and carrying capacity. Results showed that the best nutrient content in PJ and P6 treatment that crude protein of 21:11 and 21:16 +0.49% +0.84% and crude fiber was 30.46% and 30.94 +0.29 +0.18%. Nutrient content between sludge treatment showed no difference. The highest production of dry matter in sludge treatment is the S2 1079. 48 + 22. 68 glplot. Botanical composition of pasture mixtures highest King grass and Brachiaria humidicola. Highest capacities on the fertilization treatment is 12.88 +0.27 S2 ST The results of the research the best treatmen_t is the use of biogas sludge 2L fertilization using pig feces on pasture mix nutritious, fresh material production, dry matter production, botanical composition and accommodating capacity.en_US
