dc.description.abstractThe Influence Of Incentives On The Performance Of Employees in CV.Setia Utama This study aims to identify and analyze the performance of employees at CV.Setia Utama, which in this study is unknown how employees can work well and have a high motivation to finish the job with the provision of intensive. So in relation to that, this study aims to demonstrate the significance of the effect of incentives on employee performance. This research consists of two variables, there are incentive on the variable X and performance of structural employees on the variable Y. The method that is used in this research is explanatory survey method. The technique to collect from 50 respondence, the data is gotten from the questionnaire, that is analyzed using simple regression. Based on research results, it is found that the incentive positive effect on the performance of structural employees in CV.Setia utama.en_US
