ndonesia is a developing country and now is active to exert in increasing the living of society. As we know the most dominant of society defection in Indonesia is the small defection, it is mean there are still have a weak of economic level. The problem about modal is the most problem that influence the economic of society and generally indicate in the small industry and agriculture sectored and inclining located in district and rural area. Our governments still exert to over corn by suggesting to financial institutes, especially banking system to spread the Credit to the powerlessness economic. In reality the bank are difficult to reach the society that located in the center of town that so far. In extending the stretch out of credit facility to small society of groups, so established the bank for society credit in district area an then possible to stretch out the people who lives in rural. More over the function as credit provider, Credit Provider Bank (BPR) is possible become the collector from people by saving and period deposited and participate to give directing for people how to actuate and manage of good business. Over supported by credit programs from government, for example Work Capital Credit (KMK BPR) and Micro Credit Project (PKM), future BPR development is supported by government policy as well as given to public bank, for instance, will give trusty for people for BPR.
