Compensation and motivation is very important in improving the
performance of employees. Compensation becomes urge someone unuk carry out
an activity to get the best results, work motivation needs to be improved so that
employees can carry out a good performance, otherwise the employees who do
not have a high motivation to do the job would be difficult to work well and tends
not responsible for and do not produktiv even if the employee has a good
operational capability. If the work motivation of employees can be built, then the
employee can have a better performance in the organization or prusahaan.
This study, entitled "Effect of Compensation and Motivation on Employee
Performance At PT IVO MAS TUNGGAL SEIROKAN. The purpose of this
study was to determine the effect of compensation and motivation to employees
performance at PT IVO MAS TUNGGAL SEIROKAN and find variables that
have an influence, the results of analysis by using SPSS version 18 shows that
compensation has a positive influence on employee performance while working
motivation has a positive influence on employee performance. The results of
testing with T test is known that variable compensation is a variable that is
positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at PT IVO MAS
TUNGGAL SEIROKAN.
From the above explanation the authors suggest that the compensation
given to employees prusahaan should be timely in order to trust employees to
large companies to conduct, better tranquility and concentration will semangkin
work better, so that employees will be more satisfied in their work as well as
onshore improve employee performance. Prusahaan motivation given to
employees should be maintained in terms of the award, attention ,, participation,
pride and, comfort.
Unfulfilled compensation and the provision of good motivation course will
increase the productivity and performance of employees company good.
