The majority of married female entrepreneurs experience dual role conflict, namely the unfulfillment of the role demands in the family due to the role at work or vice versa Emotional intelligence and competency are very essential to minimize dual role conflicts of female entrepreneurs. Improper conflict management can cause female entrepereneurs experience work stress and influence their work performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of dual role conflict, emotional intelligence, and competency on the work performance of female entrepreneurs through work stress in HIPPI (Indigenous Intrepreneurs Union). It is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this research is all community members of HIPPI, which consists of 235 respondents and the sampling measurement is determined by using Slovin formula with the total samples of 149 respondents. The method of sampling used in this research is simple random sampling method. Data are analyzed through PLS-SEM by using SmartPLS software program. The result shows that dual role conflict has a negative and insignificant effect directly on work performance, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on work performance, competency has a positive and significant effect on work performance. work stress has a negative and significant effect on work performance, dual role conflict has a positive and significant effect on work stress, emotional intelligence has a negative and significant effect on work stress, and competency has a negative and significant effect on work stress. Competency has the most significant effect on work performance and work stress. In addition, dual role conflict has a negative and significant effect indirectly through work stress, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on work performance through work stress, and competency has a positive and significant effect on work performance through work stress.
