Non-communicable disease (NCD) is a disease that is not caused by bacterial or viral infection, cannot be transmitted to others, develops very slowly and is chronic. NCD is one of the health problems that causes illness, disability and even death, has a bad impact on the economy and reduces the nation's productivity because the treatment takes a long time and costs a fortune. Empowerment and increasing community participation in NCD posbindu (integrated development post) can be used as an efficient and effective NCD control strategy. With the presence of NCD Posbindu through early detection efforts will prevent complications due to PTM. The research aims to determine the community preferences in the implementing NCD Posbindu in the new normal era in Binjai City. This is an analytic survey type of research with a cross sectional design. The total population in this study was 179,650 with a total sample of 174 respondents obtained by purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire using a google form. The data analyzed by conjoint analysis. The results of the conjoint analysis show that the NCD posbindu in the new normal era in Binjai City (stimuli) is the most preferred or desired by the people of Binjai City is the NCD posbindu in the new normal era in Binjai City which is carried out in the morning at 09.00-12.00 WIB, outside the room, using public facilities. standard posbindu complete with cadre implementing officers, health workers and doctors, the activities carried out during posbindu are the main posbindu activities. NCD Posbindu cadres and Binjai City health workers are expected to be able to carry out Posbindu activities according to the preferences of the people of Binjai City.
