Analisis Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Keuangan pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) di Pemerintah Kota Medan (Studi Kasus pada Dinas Tata Kota Tata Bangunan)

Abstract

Each Unit of Work Tool Area (SKPD) perform the accounting of economic transactions that occurred in part, to produce financial reports. The objective of this research is analyzing the suitability of the recording and reporting on financial SKPD especially in Dinas Tata kota dan Tata Bangunan with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 13 Year 2006 (Permendagri) Number 13 Year 2006 and Government Regulation No.24 Year 2005. This research uses descriptive research design in the form of case studies. The author uses interview techniques and techniques to study the documentation of data collection is needed. Results of research indicate that Dinas Tata Kota dan Tata Bangunan has been recording that accounting in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 13 Year 2006 and Government Regulation No.24 Year 2005, while for the Financial Reports is not fully in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 13 In 2006, the Financial Report was presented on time so that it can be used for user groups to Financial decision-making.
