Analisis Pengaruh Faktor – Faktor Good Governance terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Langkat

Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of accountability, transparency, responsiveness, rule of law, efficiency and effectiveness on the performance of Langkat District Administration. The population was all SKPD (Regional Government Work Unit) i.e. 104 people. The samples were taken by employing census method in which the whole population was taken as the samples. The hypothesis testing was done by using multiple linear regression testing assisted by SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program version 22. The results of the research demonstrated that simultaneously accountability, transparency, responsiveness, rule of law, efficiency and effectiveness significantly influenced the performance of Langkat District Administration. Partially accountability, transparency, responsiveness, rule of law, efficiency and effectiveness had significant positive influence on the performance of Langkat District Administration.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh akuntabilitas, transparansi, responsiveness, rule of law serta efficiency and effectiveness terhadap kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Langkat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh SKPD yang berjumlah 104 orang. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sensus dimana seluruh populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi linear berganda dengan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan bahwa akuntabilitas, transparansi, responsiveness, rule of law serta efficiency and effectiveness berpengaruh secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Langkat.Secara parsial bahwa akuntabilitas, transparansi, responsiveness, rule of law serta efficiency and effectiveness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Langkat.
