Analisis Budaya Organisasi pada Kinerja Pegawai di Samsat Medan Utara
Abstract
Organizational culture is a form of beliefs, values, ways that can be
studied to overcome the problems in the organization and be taught or
passed on to new members. Strong organizational culture is the most
influential pep in the behavior of members because it helps employees to
accomplish tasks. The role of a leader also affect the performance of the
employees for a successful organization is a reflection of its leaders. If a
leader is often provide support and care for employees, the quality of
performance of the employees to be good.
As one government agency call centers North Field has the task to
provide the best service to the public or the taxpayer. Therefore, the quality
of employee performance is important to be achieved in accordance with the
motto on Samsat office is my work and the professional community
satisfaction goal. The employees must work in accordance with the
applicable procedures.
This study aims to find out more in depth about the culture of the
organization and the quality of the performance of employees in the office
SAMSAT. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods.
The data obtained by interviewing key informants that employees in Kasi
space vehicle registration and a mother guides. Further analyze data by
interpreting the data that has been obtained from the study site and
processed to obtain information and facts. Data analysis techniques used in
this research is descriptive analysis techniques with a qualitative approach.
In this study the authors used an interactive model that is reducing the data,
presenting data and then draw conclusions.
Based on research and interviews that have been done then it shows
the number of the existing organizational culture in Samsat office and
conducted routine. Organizational culture is closely associated with the
quality of the performance of the employees as the organization's culture is
one of the factors that can affect the performance of employees in providing
excellent service to the community.
