dc.description.abstractThis study aims to examine the effect of work conflict on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in school personnel at SMA Negeri 1 Silima Pungga-Pungga. The type of research used is quantitative research with correlational methods. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a negative effect of work conflict on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The subjects of this research is the school personnel of SMA Negeri 1 Silima Pungga-Pungga, totaling 45 people. The research instrument uses organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale based on theoretical dimensions by Podsakoff et al., and work conflict scale based on Kapitan and Dewi aspects. The method of data collection is carried out by spreading the scale in the form of booklet. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis through SPSS 23 for Windows. The results of the simple linear regression test showed a significance value of 0.658 (p>0.05), which means that there is no significant effect of work conflict on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of school personnel in SMA Negeri 1 Silima Pungga-Pungga.en_US
