dc.description.abstract | Using compound hydrocarbon oil earth as the source of energy cause vulnerable contamination compound it in the environment. To remove contamination the required compounds that can lower the voltage surface. Biosurfactant is compounds that can lower voltage surface that can be obtained from microorganisms. Study this aim for analyzing activity biosurfactant produced by bacteria phyllosphere. The study used five samples of leaf from the plant Musa paradisiaca L., Colocasia esculenta L., Eichhornia crassipes mart., Pistia stratiotes L., and Nymphaea pubescens Wild. Bacteria phyllosphere isolated using the next Nutrient Agar (NA) media conducted screening beginning bacteria producer biosurfactant on Bushnell-Hass Agar (BHA). Production biosurfactant by quantitative conducted using Bushnell-Hass Broth (BHB) media with additional olive oil 2%. Concentration biosurfactant highest generated by IC3 of 157 ppm at the incubation 10th day. Measurement activity biosurfactant conducted on three tests is measurement voltage surface, test scatters oil, and index emulsification (IE24). Some compound hydrocarbons used in measurement activity biosurfactants namely: kerosene, diesel, pertalite, pertamax, and N-Hexan. Results identification molecular from two isolate bacteria selected that is obtained from two sources different, that is IE2 isolate obtained from plant Eichhornia crassipes mart. identified as Bacillus cereus strain JCM 2152 with 100% similarity and IC3 isolate was obtained from plant Colocasia esculenta L. identified as Bacillus cereus strain NBRC 15305 with 100% similarity. | en_US |
