dc.description.abstractOrganizational climate is part of the attitude and hope which describe the organization. The background of this study was caused the problem of work satisfaction of the Practitioners Nurse which caused by the an appropriate hope of organization climate. The appropriate hope show that more increase of the nurses turnover at RSU Sembiring, Delitua every year. This study aims to analyze the influence of organization climate toward work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurse at RSU Sembiring, Delitua in 2015. This study is quantitative with cross sectional. This study conducted for June to July at RSU Sembiring, Delitua in 2015. The sample interpretation use census method that all population observe one by one which total number 89 respondents. The result of this study show that is structural influence toward work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurse (p=0,004). There is admission influence toward work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurse (0,013). There is commitment influence toward work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurse (0,025). There is standard no influence toward work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurses (p=0,834). There is no responsibility influence toward work satisfaction of the Practitioners Nurses (p=0,742). And there is no support influence toward work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurses (p=0,563). The more influenced variable influence the work satisfaction of Practitioners Nurse is structural system with Exp (B) 11,625.The result of this study expected to the head of RSU Sembiring, Delitua to give more attention for structural aspects which include the feeling of all the staffs about the obstruction in grouping, role, to solve the problem and procedure in organizational. An organization with clear structural is very important to prevent the ambiguity character and miscommunication between the members of organization.en_US
