The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which involves
responsibility for economic, social, cultural, and environmental impacts is the basis
for the sustainability of the CPO industry. Prioritizing economic, social, cultural
and environmental objectives that lead to specific decisions regarding the develop-
ment of this industry is very important but difficult because different stakeholders
have different expectations. Therefore, this study aims to develop a multi-criteria
decision making model with the main priority determination method and decision-
making method for planning CSR programs in the development of a sustainable CPO
industry. This paper proposes the development of the e-constrained method to solve
the model.
