Analisis Kemampuan Keuangan Daerah di Kabupaten/Kota di Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The research finds the financial performance in regencies/municipalities in North Sumatera with analysis description qualitative and quantitative method. Based on the fiscal decentralization degree, autonomous region finance ratio, ability finance map with quadrant and index, the result shows that in overall the financial performance in regencies/municipalities in North Sumatera is Low and there are many regencies/municipalities that not able to do autonomy yet.
