dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Indomaret employees. The subjects used in this study were Indomaret employees in Medan City, amounting to 277 people. This study uses quantitative methods. Data were collected using a Likert scale which was compiled based on the dimensions of job satisfaction which was compiled based on the theory of Luthans (2011) and the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale which was compiled based on the theory of Organ (2006). The method used in this study is to use a simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can also be seen that job satisfaction provides an effective contribution of 96.1% to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Indomaret employees.en_US
