| dc.description.abstract | Effective clinical leadership is essential to ensure that high quality healthcare system consistently provides safe and efficient treatment. The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of clinical leadership (self-quality, cooperation service management, service quality improvement and goal determination) on the nursing service quality at Universitas Sumatera Utara Hospital. This quantitative research employs cross sectional survey and is done in April, 2022. All nurse staffs in the inpatient ward at Universitas Sumatera Utara Hospital. 123 nurse staffs. make up the research population and 94 of them are taken as the sample by applying probability random sampling method and systematic random sampling technique. The data are collected through questionnaires and analyzed by sunivariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. The research findings demonstrate that self-quality, clinical leadership, service management, service quality improvement, and goal determination affect the nursing service quality at Universitas Sumatera Utara Hospital. The results of the multivariate analysis find that nursing service quality is the most affecting variable on the nursing service quality at Universitas Sumatera Utara Hospital. It is recommended based on the findings, that the hospital take the results of this research as the guidance for making policies to give trainings for marsex in order to improve their self-quality in providing high quality service | en_US |
