    Abstract
    Bank of North Sumatra is known for the North Sumatra is a regional development bank where the bank is present North Sumatra provide the kinds of products that give rise to competition between bank.adapun factor influencing factor in decision-making customers save money in the bank of North Sumatra. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method of decision making to the problem of determining the priority of choice of many alternatives. The use of AHP starts by creating a hierarchical structure of the problems that want to study. This study aims to determine the factors that drive customer decisions to save the Bank of North Sumatra, product Factors, Location, Security Guarantee, promotion and the bank's credibility is a factor chosen to determine whether the most dominant factor in Babk save Sumatra. The results obtained through the AHP process that customers choose a bank in North Sumatra is based on the weight of the product by 246, with a weighting factor of 241 locations, with bobot186 security factor, the location of the weighting factor 165 value, and credibility of the weighting factor of 163. It can be concluded that the customer considers the product factor is the factor that most banks attract many people to save money in the Bank of North Sumatra.
