dc.description.abstractOrganizations constantly face the need to execute strategic, structural, process, and cultural changes as a result of the environment's increasing dynamic nature. Therefore, organizations must be able to adapt to changes. This study aims to examine the effect of employee engagement on employee readiness to change and to examine whether perceived organizational support is able to moderate the effect of employee engagement on employee readiness to change at PT.X. This study uses quantitative methods using simple linear regression analysis to see the effect of employee engagement on readiness to change and moderating regression analysis to see the moderating of perceived organizational support variables on the effect of employee engagement on employee readiness to change. The subjects of this study were 60 employees at PT. X was involved in this research. The results in this study are employee engagement has a significant effect on employee readiness to change. This means that the higher the employee engagement, the higher the readiness of employees to change, and vice versa. However, the perceived organizational support variable was not able to moderate the effect of employee engagement on the readiness to change employees at PT. X.en_US
