dc.description.abstractConflict is a part of the results of differences in opinion, values or beliefs between two persons or more which leads to stress, lt happens to everyone, including nursing undergraduate students who are completing their degrees. The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of conflict management style on stress in nursing undergraduate students at STIKes Sumatera Utara. The research used quantitative method with correlation design to find out the influence of the conflict management style on stress. It was conducted from May until August, 2015. The samples were 110 respondents, and the data were gathered by usinq questionnaires whichhad been tested their validity. The results of CVI conflict management style and stress were 0.97 and 0.94 respectively. Reliability of cronbach alpha value of conflict management style was 0.81 and stress was 0.95. The result of ANOVA test for testing the difference between the five conflict managements and stress showed that p>0.159 which indicated that there was no influence of conflict management style on stress.en_US
