Analisa Kemampuan Fiskal (Fiskal Capacity) Terhadap Pengembangan di Kota Binjai

Abstract

The purposes of this script are to know the fiscal capacity of Binjai and to know how to increase fiscal capacity of the region. Indicator of the region's fiscal capacity is by analyze disparity fiscal of the region, in wich disparity fiscal is a difference between fiscal capacity and fiscal needs. The more disparity fiscal of the region, the lower fiscal capacity of the region and the lower disparity fiscal of the region, the more fiscal capacity of the region. In the future, dependence local government to transfer fund from central government should be minimized to growth autonomy of the local government for public treatment and development.
