The spread of Covid-19 for 2 years in Indonesia forced organizations to change the way they work to survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the policies taken is to implement a work from home policy. Work from home can be interpreted as an alternative work arrangement where employees can do work from home. The implemenation of working from home to all types of work is something new in Indonesia. Several things that must be considered during the implematiation of work from home are work life balance, work engagement, and employee performance. This study aimed to determine the effect of work life balance and work engagement on employee performance while working from home. The sample in this study were 55 employees of PT Prima Terminal Petikemas. This study used the quantitative method. The multiple regression method analyzed the data and showed that work life balance and work engagement influenced and significant to employee perforamance (F Count > F Table, 93.545 > 3.17). The implication of this research is that PT Prima Terminal Petikemas can maintain the policies that have been carried out to maintain and improve work life balance and work engagement so that there is an increase in employee performance while working from home.
