The phenomenon of non-medical employee performance non pns Haji
Hospital Medan there are employees who do not reach the target job. Competence of
the employees are still locktng for most of high school educatton and the skitts of
employees are still lacking. Dtsciplinary action each year increases and incentives
they receive is not in accordance with the work andworHoad.
The reseovch objective t+,dts to determine the effect of employee competence,
labor discipline and incentives partial and simultaneous effect on employee
performance. The research method is quantitative by ndture lcorelational studies with
bivariate analysis, T test and F test and multiple linear regression analysis. The
entire study population of nan medical personnel non pns Hospitol Haji as 56 128
people total sample of respondents.
The results were na significont effbcts between competence and perjbrnutnce
incentives to disciplinary actionwhtle the effect is not signtficant to the performance.
Simultaneously there ts the infiuence of competence, discipltnary action and
performance incentives to employe es.
The better the competence of employees will tncrease the performance,
enhanced employee skills through training gradually and continuously. Incentives
need to be tncreased accordtng to length of servtce and worHoad, because of
adequate incenttves to support performance improvement. Disciplinary action is
evaluated regularly and continuously, the progressive disctplinary action gtven to the
employee no significant effect on performance
