Jenis-Jenis Fungi yang Terdapat Pada Serasah Daun Rhizophora Mucronata yang Mengalami Dekomposisi Pada Berbagai Tingkat Salinitas

Abstract

Existence organism in mangrove ecosystem have been known to have very big role , among others as decomposer course of litter decomposition representing important process in ecosystem and play role lock in nutrient regulasi and carbon cycle . The purpose of research is to know the amount of colony and species ( population ) of fungi found on decomposition R. mucronata litter leaf in the different Salinity level . Research done in district Sicanang - Belawan . Insulation Fungi done in Laboratory Pest and Disease Plant Faculty of Agriculture North Sumatra University . Intake of sampel done between October 2008 until March 2009 . Twelve litter bag planted at each location counted 3 times restating . Once in 15 day , taken 3 litter bag of each location during 165 day . Result of research indicate that there are 15 fungi type found on decomposition of R. mucronata litter leaf . The species of fungi found from 8 Gender that is Penicillium ( 1 species ) , Aspergillus ( 5 species ) , Trichoderma ( 4 species ) , Fusarium ( 1 species ) , Mucor ( 1 species ) , Rhizopus ( 1 species ) , Gliocladium ( 1 species ) dan Epicoccum ( 1 species ) . Fungi species which is at most found at > 30 ppt salinity level counted 13 species . Fungi population which is at most that in 0-10 ppt salinity level counted 14,46 x 102 cfu / ml .
