dc.description.abstract | This study examines residents' perception of "security" in gated housing all
along the COVID-19 broad in Medan Helvetia District. The subject was created to
observe whether or not the function of gated housing that highlights security, as
mentioned by Blakely and Synder, could be implemented all along the COVID-19
comprehensive. This study examines the perception of "security" of gated housing
residents all along the COVID-19 general in Medan Helvetia District. The research
was carried out at Griya Riatur Indah Residence and Bumi Asri Residence. This
subject value quant˒itative research methods for a descriptive presentation. An analytic
variable used in this subject is the classification of types of security in gated
housing, the effectiveness of gated housing boundary walls, resident anxiety in
gated housing, and the concept of the excessive increase of COVID-19 in gated
housing. This topic uses critical data collected by observing job listings and distributing
them to respondents using targeted sampling methods. Researchers also
use data sources from literature studies related to the subject of study. Investigations
have shown that residents of gated housing are reassured to live in gated
housing along the entire COVID-19 in the Medan Helvetia district. In addition,
several new policies have also been implemented in gated housing to avoid expanding
the COVID-19 disease. The study results also showed differences in approach
and management between Griya Riatur Indah Residence and Bumi Asri Residence. | en_US |
