Industrial sector accommodate more work force in order to minimize unemploymentrate in Indonesia. The prosperity Of labor as one of economic factor in the development activities and an important production factor must be increased. In fact, the labor, specialy in production sector in Indonesia has not yet get sufficient living from their work, while the firm requires their high productivity. In this condition, there are any factors of conflict between labor and management caused by unsatisfaction of labor to the available wage system. As well as labor in subdistrict of Deli Tua. It will be studied how the educational level, work hour and work duration influence the wage rate to the labor according to the provinsial minimum wage rate in order to enable the labor to satisfy their minimum living standard.
