Analisa Pengaruh Keberadaan PT. Pertamina Unit Pengolahan II (UP II) Dumai – Sei Pakning Terhadap Perkembangan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di Kota Dumai

Abstract

Priority to fasten the resolution of economy and to strength the development basic continuously and averagely that based in community system. Purpose of development may reach in powered the people in all national economy strength primarily in micro, small, middle and corporation company. These are two programs the liability of community economy in company program and partnership, devise, and development program which based on UU No. 44 of 1997 about partnership. Related to this result so PT Pertamina of exploitation Unit II Dumai-Sei Pakning has been established the devise toward small, middle, and corporation company since 1994 suited to SK of RI Finance Minister No. 3161KMK/016/1974. This research established to know how big the influence of PT Pertamina of exploitation Unit II (UP II) availability in Dumai-Sei Pakning toward the development of smalll and middle company. The measurement that used in this research was used by pocket SPSS versi 11.0. This data got report of credit giving per semester to small and middle company for years (1994-2004), added by data given by Statistic Center Board and Industry and commerce Departement which related to this research. This research used 2 variables, where variable XI is the employee and variable X2 is the credit to small and middle company, while variable Y is growth of small and middle company value. Result of this research performed that PT Pertamina UP II Dumai-Sei Pakning has a significant influence toward the development of small and middle company in Dumai city. Total of releasing in 11 years as Rp, 14.135.350.0000, with the small and middle company total as 878 unit and applied employees as 3457 persons.
