Having working force with high motivation is one of objectives any company. The
success or not the objectives are achieved depend on the policy implemented by the
company. The appearance of indisciplinary phenomenous such as absenteism, high
labour tum-over, inachievement of production target which has been determined and
increased neglection or working default and others. Such dissatisfaction is caused by
many factor, one of them is implamentation compansation policy system and jobsatisfaction.
Compansation and job-satisfaction will influence of working productivity.
This research is intended to know: the influence compasation and job-satisfaction
on the employees working productivity in PT. Casa Woodworking Industry Medan.
The Object of the researh is the employees at the operational production at PT.
Casa Woodworking Industry Medan. The population summed of 216 respondents. The
sample size drawn was 54 respondents by using random proportional structured
approach of the existing production division. The method of the research included
survey study by using quantitative description opproach. The test of hypothesis used
multiple linier regression assisted by SPSS 10.0 testing device. In order to know the
influence of both compansation and working satisfaction either simultaneously using F ..
test and partially using t-test two directions at confidence level 95% or a = 0,05.
The F-significant value resulting from the hypothesis test simulteneously was of
0.000 compared to the actual level at a ·= 0;05, meaning that F significant value was
lower than the actual level. It indicate that compansation and job-satisfaction variables
simultaneously have significant influence on the productivity of the employees .. Based
on standardized-coefficient value, it was known that compansation variable, has
dominant value.
R-square or determination-coefficient of 0.428 showed that 42.8% of employees
productivity could be cleared by both compansation and work satisfaction, 58.2% could
be cleared by unobserved variables.
The rezult of this research showed that ether by simultaneously or partially, the
compansation and job-satisfaction have significant influenced on employees working
productivity.
