The employee's performance is primary factor for company to achieve the companie's objective There are some factors able to influence the employee's performance, among others salary, training and education, and also working environment. By increasing of salary, training and education, and also working environment are expected to improve ability and skill of the employees in doing the duties given by the company
The problem in this reseach are how salary, training and education and also working environment influence the employee's environment and which one is a dominant factor. The objective of this reseach is to find out factors that influence the employee's performance in head office of PD Pasar Medan. Beside that, the objective of this reseach is to find out, which factor has dominant influence the employee's performance
The theory that used in this reseach are theories about the definition of salary. factors that influence salary, definition of training and education, steps to training and education, definition of working environment, factors that influence working environment, definition of employee's performance and measuring of employee's performance
This is the explanatory descriptive rescach with approach of the case study
supported by the survey method. The sample size is 100 people used in this reseach

The determination coefficient (Adjusted R square) of regression results is 12,1 % showing that salary, training and education, and also working environment may describe 12,1 % toward the employee's performance Based on standardized coefficient is known partially that the working environment variable has dominant influence compared training and education, and also salary
