goals. There are several factors thot influence the labor turnover of them are
commttments of the organization and job insecurity. In fact, managers ofien lack an
understanding of the aspects that underlie the decision to move employees. As a
result of thk ignorance, the resulting gap between the employees with the
mqnagemenL Thts wtll cause disruptton in producttvity.
The problem in this research ts to what extent the"influence of organizational
commttment andiob tnsecurity to labor firnover of PT. Hasta A1ru Nusantara Medan.
Teori used in this research are theories of human resource management related to
organizational commitment, o sense ofjob insecurigt, and labor turnover.
The method used tn thts study is a survey approach, this type of research is
descriptive quantitative and descriptive nqture of this research is explanatory- The
population in this study were 120 employees of the respondent. Hasta Ayu Nusantaro
Medan wtth the number of samples taken using the Slovin formula as many as 92
respondents. The analysts technique used is multiple linear regression onalysts. To
test the hypothesis of the F test was used to simultaneously test and t test for testing
the parttal at 95% confidence level or a:0.05.
Results of lrypothesis testing showed positive influence of organizational
commttment, and tnversely proportional to job insecurity, simultaneously and
partially on labor turnover, and the most dominant influence is the organizationol
commitment. From the results it csn be concluded that the growtng commitment of
the organization, it wtll reduce employee discomfort andwill reduce labor turnover
