dc.description.abstract | State University of Medan is an institution that has activities in the field of education, especially in the work unit of Academic and Student Affairs Administration Bureau (BAAK). In an effort to improve employee performance, it is necessary to establish the organizational culture and organizational commitment of employees. Formulation of the problem in this study is whether the organizational culture and organizational commitment affect the performance of employees at the Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs Administration (BAAK) State University of Medan simultaneously and partial
Theories used in research are theories of human resource management and organizational behavior, related to theories about the performance, the organizational culture and organizational commitment.
This research method is quantitative descriptive describe and explain nature The number of samples used consisted of 40 employees. Model analysis of the data used to answer hypotheses are Multiple Linear Regression analysis, using a confidence level of 95%. The results of this study indicate that there is simultaneously a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance on the Academic and Student Affairs Administration Bureau (BAAK) State University of Medan. Furthermore, there is a partial positive and significant influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance From this partial test also showed that the most deminuant vanables on the performance of employees is the organizational culture variables. | en_US |
