| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research was to know the relation between work stress and work motivation with lecturers' performance of Politeknik Santo Thomas Medan The sample of this research is all lecturers of Politeknik Santo Thomas with the amount of 31 lecture. The result of this research indicates that work stress has a negative correlation is (-0,590) which proves that works stress influences negatively to the performance of lecturers Work motivation has a positive coefficient is 1.415 which proves the positive contribution to the performance of lectures
This shows that performance of lectures in Politeknik Santo Thomas Medan can be influenced by work stress and work motivation The value of determination coefficient, which is 0.647 shows that work stress variable and work motivation variable have a competency to explain the influence of performance lecturers, which is 64,70% Whereas the lack of it, which is 35.30% is the influence of other free variables which is not studied in this research.
Simultaneously, F test shows that work stress and work motivation influence the performance lecturers of Politeknik Santo Thomas so significantly. While partially, t test show that work motivation influences more than the work stress to the performance of lecturers | en_US |
