dc.description.abstract | The Education Service of West Aceh District as an organization that serves community is expected to carry out its good performance. There are many factors in the performance which should be paid attention in order that the performance can be carried out properly so that optimal performance can be achieved: two of them are the factors of work environment and employees' work stress. The research used the theories of Human Resources Management (MSDM), especially which is related to the theories of performance, work environment, and work stress. The type of the research was descriptive quantitative and explanatory. The samples consisted of 54 respondents The data were gathered by conducting documentary study, observation, and distributing questionnaires. The hypothesis was tested by using regression analysis with F test and t test at the reliability level of 95% (a-0.05). The result of the research showed that work environmera and work stress simultaneously had significant influence on the employees performance at the Education Service of West Aceh District, and partially the variable of work environment had more dominant influence on the employees' performance | en_US |
