Penerapan Statistical Quality Conrol untuk Mengidentifikasi Tingkat Pengangguran Tahun 2010-2014 di Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This final project aims to determine whether the unemployment rate is within the limits of control with other areas and Analyze whether the unemployment rate in a region requires some economic improvement. To see the boundary of the control area then the method used is statistical quality control. Thus if we look back at the observations for the X-bar and Range control charts, there are some variables that come out of the upper control limit or lower control limits. So the observation data is not in accordance with the standard process control and need some increase again to open employment to unemployment rate in North Sumatera Province. By conclusion The mean value which is the Midline for the X-bar control chart is 5.63. With upper control limit (BKA) = 7.92 and lower control limit (BKB) = 3.34. Then there are some variables that are still beyond the control limits that indicate that the results have not match the control standard. And for the mean value of the entire range which is the Midline for the control chart R is 3.97. With upper control limit (BKA) = 8.39 and lower control limit (BKB) = 0.00. With some variables that are still beyond the control limits that show that the results are not in compliance with the control standard.

Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah tingkat pengangguran dalam batas kendali dengan daerah lainnya dan Menganalisis apakah tingkat pengangguran di suatu daerah memerlukan beberapa peningkatan ekonomi. Untuk melihat daerah batas kendalinya maka metode yang digunakan yaitu statistical quality control (SQC). Dengan demikian apabila kita perhatikan kembali hasil observasi untuk peta kendali X-bar dan Range, terdapat beberapa variabel yang keluar dari batas kendali atas ataupun batas kendali bawah. Sehingga data hasil pengamatan belum sesuai standar pengendalian proses dan butuh beberapa peningkatan kembali untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dengan kesimpulan Nilai rata-rata yang merupakan Garis tengah untuk peta kendali X-bar adalah 5,63. Dengan batas kendali atas (BKA) = 7,92 dan batas kendali bawah (BKB) = 3,34. Maka ada beberapa variabel yang masih berada di luar batas kendali yang menunjukan bahwa hasil belum sesuai standar pengendalian. Dan untuk Nilai rata-rata dari seluruh range yang merupakan Garis tengah untuk peta kendali R adalah 3,97. Dengan batas kendali atas (BKA) = 8,39 dan batas kendali bawah (BKB) = 0,00.
