Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan PT Pegadaian (PERSERO) Kantor Pusat Wilayah I Medan
Abstract
This study aims to see the influence of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Head Office I Medan. The subjects used in this study were 62 employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Head Office I Medan. The research used quantitative method. The data collection method used quality of work life scale and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale. The analytical method used in this study is a simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) are 27,6% in the employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Head Office I Medan. That means, the higher quality of work life that employees have, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) for that employees.
